MIAMI — A 32-year-old man was arrested after he was captured on CCTV abusing his dog after it peed in the elevator of the condominium building where he lives in Miami, authorities said.
According to an arrest report from the Miami Police Department, the incident happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. Friday at 700 NE 26th Terrace.
