Inter Miami’s first Freedom Park mixed-use tenants are three experiential businesses

Inter Miami, which tomorrow is competing for its first MLS Cup, has announced a group of experiential businesses, Fever, PopStroke and Toroverde, will be the first tenants in the 131-acre Miami Freedom Park, which begins opening in several months.

The development, the largest active real estate project in Miami, includes a more than 1 million-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment district that will be anchored by the club’s 25,000-seat stadium, as well as office space, a 750-key hotel, and the public, 58-acre Jorge Mas Canose Park.

New York-based live entertainment discovery platform Fever is taking more than 30,000 square feet in which it’ll house a rotating offering of immersive, ticketed experiences along the lines of its Stranger Things: The Experience.
