Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies recently arrested a 39-year-old man accused of stealing luggage at Miami International Airport.
Surveillance video shows Michael Tilley and a woman grabbing two pieces of luggage belonging to American Airlines passengers from a carousel on April 18 at MIA, according to a deputy’s arrest report.
“Both subjects then exited the terminal, entered the vehicle, and fled the area,” a deputy wrote, according to the arrest report…
