MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Video showing chaos at a park in Milwaukee Sunday is getting hundreds of thousands of views on social media.
A witness estimated 300 teens and kids were at Carmen Playfield on the city’s northwest side when police arrived around 7:30 p.m.
