It’s never been easier to find fresh, delicious oysters in the Milwaukee area. Whether you like them ice-cold on the half shell, chargrilled, Rockefeller-style or tucked into a po’boy, local restaurants are serving up more ways than ever to enjoy them.
Oysters also happen to come with a few bonus perks: they’re rich in lean protein and key nutrients like vitamin B12, iron and omega-3 fatty acids, while staying relatively low in calories.
