MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Downtown Milwaukee could soon welcome its first new condominium high-rise in nearly two decades under a newly unveiled development proposal.
New Land Enterprises has introduced plans for “Zenith,” a 25-story condominium tower proposed for a gravel lot on East Kilbourn Avenue overlooking Lake Michigan.
