A Wisconsin couple that had been ordered by city officials to remove the pair of spooky towering skeletons from their yard scored a surprise win.
Sean Oster and his wife Laura, who live in South Milwaukee, had been warned in May that their home had multiple code violations that needed to be fixed by July 7 or they would be fined $500 per day.
