A Milwaukee man has been found guilty in connection with a tense shooting outside the FedEx distribution center in Menomonee Falls, nearly a year after gunfire sent workers scrambling but left no one hurt.
On Friday, a Waukesha County jury convicted 20-year-old Deanthony Leflore of first-degree recklessly endangering safety for the June 2, 2025 incident. Jurors reached their decision in about 80 minutes of deliberation, and the case now moves to sentencing later this month. No one was struck by the bullet, though investigators did recover a spent shell casing at the scene.
Prosecutors had originally charged Leflore with attempted homicide before trial, according to Greater Milwaukee Today, and a separate battery count was dismissed. The outlet reports defense attorney Pablo Galaviz Jr. could not immediately be reached for comment…
