MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 16-year-old charged in the killing of a Milwaukee man will be tried as an adult after a judge ruled Thursday that the public’s interest outweighed keeping the case in juvenile court.
According to Milwaukee police, 35-year-old David Krause was at a gas station looking for a ride home when he got into a vehicle occupied by several teenagers.
