MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. (CBS 58) — A Milwaukee woman accused of calling in a pipe bomb threat to Briggs & Stratton in Menomonee Falls told police she just wanted to “cause chaos” after a breakup.
Prosecutors say Lamiracle Manago used a TikTok voiceover to record the threat, claiming a bomb would go off within an hour.
