CUDAHY, Wis. – A 90-year-old Milwaukee woman accused of striking a 10-year-old child with her car and driving away from the scene of the crash was found not competent to proceed on Sept. 2.
With the case ordered closed, the court imposed a single condition barring the woman from driving without a valid license.
Darlene Adam was initially charged with one count of hit-and-run involving injury following a crash in October 2025.
