MADISON, Wis. — A Cudahy auto parts company has been ordered to pay $48 million after a jury found they sold used parts that were not as advertised.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice and the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announced the judgment against Midwest Auto Recycling LLC on Tuesday.
