MILWAUKEE – A Milwaukee man, convicted in an apartment arson that hospitalized five people on the city’s south side in January 2026, has been sentenced to prison.

A Milwaukee County judge sentenced Keith Luko, 45, to nine years in prison and eight years of extended supervision. Luko pleaded guilty to arson, first-degree reckless injury and two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and four other felonies were dismissed in a negotiation with prosecutors.
