FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) — An 80-year-old Franklin woman was found dead inside a vehicle at the Whitnall Park Beer Garden Wednesday morning.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office, a person walking near the beer garden around 11 a.m. noticed someone who appeared to be slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle in the parking lot.
When the person passed the vehicle again several minutes later, they noticed the woman was still in the same position and contacted authorities…
