PLYMOUTH – A person wanted by Franklin police in connection with an investigation into threats against a business was taken into custody Sept. 17 in Plymouth, according to the Plymouth Police Department and Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office.
The person was arrested without incident after a high-risk traffic stop conducted by Plymouth police officers and Sheboygan County sheriff’s deputies. No injuries were reported.
Why police were looking for the person
Franklin police were seeking the person as part of an investigation involving alleged terroristic threats made toward a business, authorities said.
Because of the nature of the threats and information indicating the person may have been armed and dangerous, multiple law enforcement agencies worked together to locate and arrest the person safely, authorities said.
