ST. FRANCIS, Wis. — For the first time in nearly 20 years, a new condominium development is coming to the greater Milwaukee area.
The 89-unit complex, called The Landing at Park Shore, is being built in St. Francis along the shore of Lake Michigan. Developers say the project could help balance the housing market in Milwaukee County and potentially jumpstart condo production in Wisconsin again.
