Wisconsin man allegedly climbed out of manhole, assaulted shuttle driver, and bit police officer

MILWAUKEE (TCN) — A 21-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly crawling out of a manhole and attacking a shuttle driver and a police officer.

According to a criminal complaint, Alandis James Tribblett allegedly took the cover off a manhole outside a concert venue on Sept. 13 and crawled in and out of it for approximately 30 minutes, “ranting nonsensically” and causing traffic disruptions, Law & Crime reports.

Witnesses allegedly saw him pounding on the windows of shuttle buses used by a nearby bar to transport customers to and from the venue. He allegedly threatened to kill one of the drivers, who was reportedly playing a game on her phone…
