MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — St. Vincent De Paul is opening its third Milwaukee location on Friday, Jan. 26. The racks are full, and the shelves are stocked. “I really love this place and it took a lot to get it to where it is now,” said Ross Tessmer, the new store manager.
