MILWAUKEE – A bail/bond hearing for the mancharged in the shooting of a Milwaukee police officer while holding four children hostage, was postponed Monday. The hearing regarding Harrel Martin’s $1 million bail will now happen at the end of February, because Martin’s court-appointed attorney says his family is working to secure their own private attorney.
