Fallout from woman’s death near bus stop hits ambulance companies

MILWAUKEE – The death of a South Milwaukee woman at a bus stop is prompting change. Jolene Waldref, 49, called 911 Jan. 15 at 76th and Congress streets in Milwaukee. She was at a bus stop on her way home from work, when she reported she couldn’t breathe and was feeling dizzy.
