MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee mother who kept her two young sons locked inside what investigators called “something out of a horror movie,” will go to prison. In November, 35-year-old Katie Koch pleaded guilty to two counts of chronic neglect of a child and one count of false imprisonment. Prosecutors dismissed three other counts as part of the plea deal.
