Sheboygan County law enforcement has filed an arrest warrant for a Plymouth man who is believed to have fled the scene of a fatal OWI. According to WHBL, 39-year-old Joseph Timrek is alleged to be the man who was behind the wheel of a vehicle that struck another vehicle on January 14th in Elm Grove.
