MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A Milwaukee man was sentenced to life in prison after the murder of two brothers from Brown Deer on Wednesday, July 24. Twenty-year-old Joseph Tucker was charged with two counts first degree intentional homicide — as a party to a crime — and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, as a party to a crime.
