MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 34-year-old Milwaukee woman has been charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman and injured another. Police say the incident happened shortly before midnight Saturday, Sept. 22. A speeding driver hit 20-year-old Talise Dunmore and her 23-year-old sister, De-Lisha, as they crossed the street near 76th and Good Hope.
