Giannis Antetokounmpo cheers on brother at Brewers game, meets Jackson Chourio

Part owner of the Milwaukee Brewers, Giannis Antetokounmpo , stopped by American Family Field to watch his big brother throw out the first pitch and mingle with his team as their postseason looms.

Thanasis Antetokounmpo made the ceremonial toss Friday before the Brewers’ matchup with the New York Mets . Giannis made it a family affair by bringing along his two sons, Liam and Maverick, to watch their uncle receive the adoration he and his family have earned in Milwaukee.

Thanasis, who is currently not on an NBA roster but has developed a presence in the podcasting world , has been with the Bucks the previous five seasons. He was part of the 2021 championship team alongside his superstar brother.

Giannis, who recently got married , bought a minority stake in the Brewers about three years ago.

On Friday, he met the other international phenom that is just beginning to make a name for himself in town — Brewers rookie right fielder Jackson Chourio.
