MILWAUKEE – A Milwaukee man who was charged in the shooting death of a teenager reached a plea deal with prosecutors in court on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Lazarus McAdoo, 19, was charged with one count of 1st-Degree Reckless Homicide, Use of a Dangerous Weapon, as Party to a Crime, in the shooting death of 13-year-old Jamarri Page back in February 2023.
