MADISON, Wis. – Gov. Tony Evers signed Executive Order #243 ordering the flags of the United States and the state of Wisconsin to be flown at half-staff on Sat., Nov. 16, 2024, in honor of former Wisconsin State Rep. Fred Kessler, who passed away on Tues., Nov. 12, 2024, at the age of 84.
