Rock County authorities issue arrest warrants for two Milwaukee women charged with burglarizing a home in the town of Harmony last year. Prosecutors say 23-year-old Lela Morales and 24-year-old America Mejia went to dinner at a Beloit restaurant in June 2023 with their victim, who met the women through an acquaintance.
