Residents of Milwaukee have voiced their frustration over what many see as a systemic failure in the city’s snow plowing operations following a snow event late last December. Alderman Lamont Westmoreland will be bringing these concerns to the forefront in a Public Works Committee meeting slated for Wednesday.
