ROCK COUNTY, Wis. (WMTV) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation identified the Milwaukee man who died Friday morning after his semi-truck collided with a snowplow along Interstate 39/90.
Louis Mankiewicz, 59, was killed in the crash.
