Man injured after vehicle crashed into mobile home in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – A Waukesha, WI, driver was left injured Thursday afternoon after crashing his vehicle into a mobile home in Jefferson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the crash took place a little after 3:45 p.m. on southbound U.S. Route 67, north of Missouri Route 110, involving a Ram 1500.

The crash occurred while the driver was traveling southbound on U.S. Route 67. According to MSHP, the driver fell asleep while driving and traveled off the right side of the road, causing the vehicle to strike a ditch. The impact of the crash continued to move the vehicle and caused the right rear end of the Ram to strike the front of the mobile home.

The driver, a 65-year-old man, was transported to a nearby hospital after the crash, suffering from minor injuries, according to MSHP…
