MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. – The woman accused in an attack on a Menomonee Falls memory care facility worker pleaded guilty and was sentenced to probation on Wednesday.

Court records show 34-year-old Tyana Stanton pleaded guilty to conspiring to harm the employee and was then sentenced to serve probation for two years. She had pleaded not guilty to the charge in March.
Stanton’s cousin, 33-year-old Jermaine McLemore, is accused of attacking the worker. He also pleaded not guilty in March. He’s due back in court in August.
