In the weeks since Colton Jose’s death, several questions have been circling the minds of his family members and the first responders who tried to save him.
Jose, 29, of Pewaukee, was riding his motorcycle June 25 on Interstate 94 westbound near Elmhurst Road in the Town of Delafield when he attempted to brake for heavy traffic ahead, according to court records. But he was unable to stop in time, rear-ending the car ahead.
He was ejected into the next lane where another driver attempted to swerve away but still struck him before driving away from the scene. Jose was pronounced dead shortly thereafter…
