Schiller recommends reviewing a vendor’s profile at BBB.org before buying. These free Business Reviews list customer complaints and feedback. She also mentioned that shoppers should ask about refund or exchange policies and get them in writing when possible. It is also important to note the seller’s phone number and business address.
