VERNON/MUKWONAGO, Wis. (WFRV) – On August 4, 2025, it has been exactly eighteen months since then‑16‑year‑old Isaiah Marley Cramer disappeared after leaving the Norris Treatment Facility in Mukwonago on February 4, 2024.
The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) continues to coordinate closely with the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office, releasing updated posters that are now being displayed on gas‑station digital screens across Wisconsin throughout August, in hopes of generating new tips.

According to police, Isaiah was last seen on a trail camera near Maple Avenue and Center Drive in the Village of Vernon, just blocks from the residential facility, where he was staying at the time. He left without his daily epilepsy medication. His headphones, later recovered in nearby woods and positively identified through DNA testing, remain one of the few physical clues.
Family members describe Isaiah as around 5′8″ to 5′10″, weighing approximately 200 – 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark green sweatshirt, green jogging pants, and black gloves, and suffers from mental health conditions and epilepsy…
