American Red Cross sets up new shelter at Milwaukee Environmental Sciences Academy for residents impacted by flood

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — The American Red Cross is reopening its shelter for flood victims on Wednesday after they had to move locations from Marshall High School due to school starting.

Now, the new shelter is at the Milwaukee Environmental Sciences Academy located at 6600 W Melvina St.

According to Red Cross officials, from Aug. 26 to Aug. 27, 51 people stayed overnight…
