MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — A 68-year-old woman died after being found pulseless and not breathing in South Milwaukee.
Authorities were called to the area of 17th Ave. and Oak St. around 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 27, where they found the woman not breathing. They were able to get her stable and transported her to a local hospital, but she later died on Aug. 31.
The medical examiner determined during an autopsy the woman showed signs of strangulation on her neck…
