MILWAUKEE — A man connected to the case of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan pleads no contest in a separate domestic violence case.
31-year-old Eduardo Flores-Ruiz entered an Alford plea and was found guilty on one count of battery, with two other battery charges dropped. A judge sentenced him to 195 days with credit for time served.
