Closed Bayshore cinema operator is facing money trouble at another Midwest site
Main Street Theatres Inc. is facing financial trouble at another of its Midwest theater locations.
The Omaha, Nebraska-based cinema recently announced the permanent closure of its space at Bayshore Mall, which included a six-screen ACX Theater, bowling alley, arcade, and Backlot Pizza + Kitchen restaurant. The closure came following weeks of a temporary pause in operations the company attributed to an unspecific “electrical issue.”
