17-year-old in custody after 3 teens shot outside Racine community center

A 17-year-old is in custody in connection with Thursday’s shooting outside the Tyler Domer Community Center, which injured three teenagers, according to the Racine County district attorney’s office.

According to the Racine Police Department, officers were called to the area around 6:10 p.m. Oct. 16 for a report of several people who had been shot.
