MILWAUKEE — If you are looking to buy a house in the Milwaukee metro area, you are likely to find the market more competitive than in other large metro areas around the country.
In August, Realtor.com’s Monthly Housing Market Trends Report started using a new metric called Months of Supply. The data looks at the total number of active housing listings divided by the total number of sales that month.
