WEST ALLIS, Wis. — West Allis police are still looking for new answers in an unsolved murder case that happened three decades ago.
During the afternoon of Halloween 1995, West Allis fire crews responded to the Windsong Village Apartments on W. Oklahoma Avenue after smoke was seen coming from a second story window.
