Our wintry mix has entered Southern Wisconsin, but this evening temperatures are holding still above the freezing point, so as of now nothing is sticking. We are making the transition to snow from rain, with a moderate band of snow areas northwest of the City.
Accumulation, if any is very little tonight, but with gusty northerly winds returning tonight to cool us off, that is where we could see our first little accumulation. About a trace to a half of an inch for most away from the Lake is likely through early tomorrow morning. Icy roads are likely. We do then turn quiet, dry, and even sunny for a majority of your Sunday. Many areas will see temps return to above freezing, so anything that accumulated will melt away…
