MILWAUKEE (WKRC) — A pharmacy student was fatally shot by her friend, who became paranoid after smoking cannabis, according to police.

According to PEOPLE, 32-year-old Jamica Simone Mills was taken into custody after 26-year-old Ariel Spillner was found unresponsive in a residence in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
