Complaint: 3 charged in alleged gang retaliation shooting that killed 26-year-old

  • Racine Police: Chicken Palace murder was retaliation for gang killing just a day earlier.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) — The Racine Police Department identified the 26-year-old shot and killed on Nov. 1 as Cier Tye-Person.

Racine police also believe that his murder is in connection to another that took place at a Chicken Palace a day after he was killed.

According to police, 25-year-old Jaquon Calhoun was shot inside a Chicken Palace in which they believe was a targeted retaliation shooting for the murder of Cier Tye-Person…
