Three Men Charged With Homicide After Deadly Gang-Related Shooting at Racine Chicken Restaurant

Racine County prosecutors have formally charged three men in connection with a fatal gang-related shooting at a local chicken restaurant earlier this month, escalating tensions in a community already grappling with a surge of violence.
