Two men have been arrested in connection to the overdose death of a person in the Town of Farmington this past July.
According to reports, a search warrant was served by the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation joint tactical team with help from the Washington county Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, resulting in the arrest of 52-year-old Andrew Outlaw of Milwaukee. A second suspect, 40-year-old Ryan Immel, also of Milwaukee, then turned himself in for the crime as well…
