BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) –Brookfield police are investigating after a 39-year-old Black man was found dead last week, hanging from a tree on a golf course.
Loved ones identified the victim as Torrance, or Tory, Medley.
“A lot of people are uneasy, I don’t want them to be uneasy, I’m uneasy,” said Shena Medley, Tory’s older sister. “Who would’ve thought I would wake up and this is what you hear, and this is what you live?”
