MILWAUKEE, Wis. — ‘The Corliss’ is the largest affordable housing development in Wisconsin’s history. There are 576 affordable units across the eight buildings built in Milwaukee’s Harbor District, right next to Bay View.
144 of the units are reserved for senior citizens. The rent is stablizing at 40-80% of the area’s median income, keeping it below the market rate for the area.
