A story in the State Journal this week reminded me how lucky we are that Scott Walker is no longer the governor of Wisconsin.
There he was, once again, trying to justify his half-witted decision to scuttle the all-set-to-go expansion of passenger rail service in his state, just one of the outright dumb moves he made during his eight years of incompetent governance.
No Wisconsin governor did more damage to the state’s school systems, its economic standing and its reputation as an example of enlightened leadership than this right-wing zealot…
